Resetting your password & setting up MFA
Recover access to your account and add an extra layer of login security.
If you can't sign in, use the password reset link on the login page at platform.vavan.ai. Enter the email address tied to your account and you'll receive a message with a secure link to set a new password. The link is time-limited, so use it promptly; if it expires, simply request another.
We strongly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your account. With MFA on, signing in requires both your password and a one-time code from your authenticator app, so a stolen password alone isn't enough to get in. You can set this up from your account security settings.
If you no longer have access to the email on your account, or you're locked out and can't reset on your own, contact support@vavan.ai from a verifiable address and we'll help you recover safely.
