Managing your plan, seats, and invoices

Change plans, add or remove seats, update payment details, and download invoices.

Workspace administrators manage everything billing-related from the billing settings area. There you can see your current plan, the number of seats in use, your next billing date, and the payment method on file.

Adding a teammate may add a seat depending on your plan; if it does, the change is reflected on your next invoice and prorated where applicable. Removing a teammate frees their seat. You can update your card or billing contact at any time, and changes apply going forward.

Every invoice is stored in your history and can be downloaded as a PDF for your records or to pass to your finance team. If you need a custom billing arrangement, a purchase order, or annual terms, get in touch and we'll set it up.
