How billing and credits work
Understand your plan, your invoices, and how usage-based AI credits are consumed.
Your subscription covers access to the platform and the apps included in your plan, billed on a recurring basis. You can view your current plan, payment method, and invoice history from the billing area of your workspace settings. Invoices are generated automatically each billing period and are available to download at any time.
Some AI-powered work — such as enrichment, analysis, and assistant requests — is metered with credits. Credits give you a transparent way to pay for the heavier AI tasks you actually use, separate from your base subscription. Your plan includes an allotment, and you can see how many credits you have and how they're being used in the billing area.
When you run low on credits, you can top up so AI features keep working without interruption. Routine activity in the apps — managing accounts, running your pipeline, dispatching work — does not consume credits; only the AI tasks that call on enrichment or the assistant do.
