Getting started with Vavan
What Vavan is, how a workspace is organized, and the first things to do after you sign in.
Vavan is an AI operating system for physical B2B. It connects the systems you already run into one AI-readable layer, finds the accounts in your market, and puts that intelligence in front of your team through a set of focused apps. Everything you do in Vavan lives inside your workspace — a private, isolated space for your company and the people you invite.
After you sign in for the first time at platform.vavan.ai, you land on your home dashboard. From here you can browse your accounts and contacts, open the apps your plan includes, and review the signals and tasks Vavan has surfaced for you. The left navigation is your map of the platform; the apps you have access to appear there.
A good first session looks like this: confirm your company details, invite the teammates who will work alongside you, and either import your existing accounts or connect a system you already use so your data flows in automatically. Once your data is in, Vavan starts normalizing it into a shared model so every app speaks the same language.
If you prefer a deeper, technical walkthrough of how the platform is structured, the full product documentation lives at /docs. The articles in this Help Center are task-oriented; the docs explain the architecture underneath.
