How to reach the Vavan team, what to include, and where to find answers fast.

The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@vavan.ai. Every message reaches our team, and we aim to reply within one business day. If your question is about billing, your account, or an integration, include enough detail for us to find your workspace and we'll get to a resolution faster.

When you write in about a problem, it helps to tell us three things: what you were trying to do, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. If you can, add the app or page you were on and roughly when it occurred. That context lets us reproduce the issue instead of asking follow-up questions.
