Connecting Salesforce or HubSpot
Link your existing CRM so accounts, contacts, and activity stay in sync with Vavan.
If you already run Salesforce or HubSpot, you can connect it to Vavan rather than starting over. Connecting brings your accounts, contacts, and activity into Vavan's shared model, where the rest of the platform — Dispatch, Maps, the assistant, and the signals engine — can work with them.
You connect an integration from the integrations area of your workspace settings. You authorize the connection using your own credentials for that system, and those credentials are stored against your workspace alone — they are never shared across customers and never used outside your organization. An administrator typically sets this up once for the whole team.
Once connected, your data stays in sync so you don't have to maintain two systems by hand. You keep working in the tools your team is used to while Vavan adds its intelligence layer on top. If you use a different CRM, contact us — we're continually expanding the systems Vavan connects to.
